By Air
Summersville Lake is best reached from two nearby regional airports:
- Charleston, WV (CRW) – Approximately 1 hour by car from the lake. This is the nearest major airport with the most flight options.
- Beckley, WV (BKW) – Approximately 45 minutes by car. A smaller airport that can be convenient if the schedules work.
We recommend renting a car at the airport so you can easily get to the lake, your lodging, and any nearby explorations during the wedding weekend.
